Pastor 

Pastor Eugene planted RBC in 2021. Eugene serves as our pastor and shepherd, faithfully teaching God’s Word and caring for the life of the church. He and his wife, Irina, have three children and are committed to raising their family in the fear of the Lord. Eugene is a graduate of The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary. We are thankful that God called him to serve in Idaho.

Pastor 

Pastor Vitaliy helped plant RBC in 2021. He serves as a pastor, faithfully supporting the preaching and shepherding ministry of the church. Vitaliy and his wife, Yana, have four children. He is currently attending The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary and is nearing graduation. Prior to moving to Idaho, Vitaliy spent ten years serving as an elder in a church in Washington. We are grateful for the Lord’s calling on Vitaliy’s life and for bringing his family to serve alongside us in Idaho.

Pastoral Intern 

Daniel Tsarenko is a Pastoral Intern at RBC. He began the pastoral internship program in 2025 and plans to complete it in 2028. Daniel enjoys leading the youth ministry and helping people think carefully through God’s Word and live it out in everyday life. He will begin seminary coursework in 2026.

Daniel has been married to his wife, Irina, for six years. They moved from Washington State to Idaho to be closer to their pastors, Eugene and Vitaliy, and are grateful to have found a loving and supportive church family at RBC.
